If you are unsatisfied with your child’s progress with Robertson Tutoring, we want to hear about it. We promise to work our hardest to help every single one of our students succeed – in a way that suits them.

• If we are unable to provide services to a customer due to staffing limitations, we will place the customer on a waitlist, communicate regularly with the customer, and make efforts to hire more staff in a timely manner in order to serve every customer who is interested in the Robertson Tutoring approach.

• If we are unable to provide services to a customer due to knowledge limitations or lack of resources, we will make every possible effort to gain the training and resources that our company needs to serve the customer. Should we be unable to fulfil the request, we will refer the customer to alternative options to support their child.
